Its all a matter of how much they want to do it. If the modders are able to create multiplayer within a game, the developers should be able to create multiplayer in thier own game as well. If Bill can do it, and Bill is doing the same job as you, so should you be able to do it. If someone wants to be a pilot he will be a pilot, if it takes him a month, a year, or 10 years, but he will in the end be a pilot. If you want to do it, and your job, reputation, and career is on the line, then you will do it. Make sense now? Its all of prespective of how much you want to do it. So yeah, if Bill can do it, so can you, unless you're not willing to. People that throw up their hands and say "I never learned this!" whenever a new demand rises get passed up in the long run. Well, it's all about bettering your product. Originally posted by JamesBondStyle:How come modders are able to create a multiplayer mod but the developers cant implement it in their game? Personally it doesnt make sense to me. But flanges needs a skillset that's associated with another education! You never learned this, and it's pretty hard to do! Very technical stuff with machinery you're not familiar with.īut your boss just goes: "I don't understand why you can't do this. Output's great, and the quality is above par.Īnd one day, your boss comes along and tells you that you need to add flanges to the product. So, you're working and you're working, and you're doing pretty good. You would be, you studied four years for it!
come modders are able to create a multiplayer mod but the developers cant implement it in their game? Personally it doesnt make sense to me. However, SimplePlanes has pretty robust mod support and some of our crafty players are working on a multiplayer mod already.
